The functions available in the Silver-lining Protect service are performed in either CloudCreator or the Admin Console.
The table below lists the functions and where they can be performed.
- Once a scheduled backup has been set up via CloudCreator, the Admin Console is the preferred method for editing that schedule.
- The only way to impact an existing backup schedule from CloudCreator is to use the CloudCreator 'Disable Image Level Backup' feature.
- Performing ad-hoc backups from the Admin Console will not impact scheduled backups, unless the ad-hoc backup is still running when the nightly scheduled backup tries to run.
