Manage a Parent Cloud - Global Admin

Note: Only users with the Global Admin role are able to view the screens and perform the functions described below. See Roles and Permissions for more information.

A Global Admin has the ability to perform administrative tasks on the Parent cloud.

View Cloud Details  

This option provides a read only view of the Parent cloud details. Use these steps to view Parent cloud details:

 

1. Click the Virtual Clouds icon   in the sidebar.

 

2. If your company is using multiple virtual clouds, select All clouds at the top of your screen. Then select View Parent Cloud from the dropdown menu.

 

 

 

3. The Summary screen appears. Select the Options Cog > View Cloud Details.

 

 

4. The Edit Cloud Details screen displays. This screen shows the read-only details of the Parent cloud.

 

 


Manage Users

The Manage Users screen allows you to create, edit or delete users at a Parent Cloud or Child Cloud level, and assign roles.

Manage Subscriptions

The Manage Subscriptions screen allows you to enable or disable service subscriptions as required.
