Software updates and upgrades are performed by Panzura. They may also make minor changes and check logs from time to time.
For this to occur you must have the Support Assistance level set to 'Full Access'.
Follow these steps:
1. From the side menu, select System Settings > Support Assistant
2. Change the Support Assistance Level to Full Access.
